- The Preserve is a Presto Tierra, San Antonio Texas development. This 532 acre mixed-use real estate community includes single family residential lots, and apartment, retail, office and hotel sites. Entitlements, zoning and a new Public Improvement District were approved in 2006. Development is to begin 1st Quarter 2009. The amenities include 160 acres of hike & bike trails, lakes, and are positioned on the Medina River.
